Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered to Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Channel Islands (UK), Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Delivery charges 

Germany: 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,- $ per order.

From an order value of 50,- $ we deliver free of shipping cost.

Spain, Italy , Sweden, Slowakia, Slovenia, Hungary:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 18,- $ per order.

From an order value of 100,- $ we deliver free of shipping cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

Germany, United States of America, UAE (Dubai) = 29,- $ ( free shipping for orders above 250,- $ )

Delivery periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 3-5 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 98 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

-  Prepayment via transfer
-  Payment via credit card ( Stripe )
-  Payment via PayPal
-  Payment by invoice (retailer only)


In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

Further details on payment:

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
